• Do you clean kids’ toys and baby gear?
Yes. We take special care with items used by children and babies, using non-toxic, child-safe cleaning methods.
• Will my items smell like smoke after cleaning?
No. We use deodorization treatments, including ozone and hydroxyl machines, to remove lingering smoke odors before returning items.
• How do I know what’s been packed out?
You’ll receive a complete inventory list and photo documentation of every item removed from your home.
• Can I visit the storage facility?
While we don’t offer walk-in access, we can schedule a technician to retrieve and deliver requested items to you.
• What types of furniture are not typically salvageable?
Severely soaked particleboard or composite furniture often cannot be saved. We’ll document these for insurance evaluation.
• Do you clean items on-site or at a facility?
Most items are cleaned in our dedicated facility, but some large pieces may be treated on-site if appropriate and approved.
• What if damage is discovered after the pack-out?
We document everything carefully, but if we or you discover issues later, we’ll update the inventory and notify your insurance company.
• How are fragile items handled?
Fragile items are wrapped in bubble wrap, boxed separately, and labeled clearly. We take extra time to ensure their safe handling.
• Can you remove moldy furniture?
Yes, we can remove and evaluate mold-affected items and recommend restoration or disposal depending on severity.
• How soon after a loss should I schedule a pack-out?
As soon as water mitigation begins or fire damage is stabilized, we can schedule the pack-out—often within 24–48 hours.
• Is content storage included in the cost?

Yes. We complete a final walk-through to ensure your questions are answered and you're satisfied with the work before we finish.
• How quickly can you respond to an emergency?
We offer 24/7 emergency response. In most cases, we can be on-site the same day or within 24 hours.
• Do you work directly with my insurance company?
Yes. We provide detailed documentation, photos, and inventory reports that make the claims process smooth for both homeowners and adjusters.
• What types of items can you pack out and clean?

• Is there anything you can’t pack out?
We ask that homeowners remove valuables, personal documents, firearms, and perishables before the pack-out. Items such as live plants or hazardous materials are not typically included.
• How long does the pack-out and cleaning process take?
Each job varies depending on the size of the home and extent of the damage, but most pack-outs take 1–2 days. Cleaning and storage may last several weeks depending on restoration timelines.
• Will my items be safe during storage?
Absolutely. Your belongings are stored in our secure, climate-controlled facility and tracked using barcodes and digital logs.
• Can I access any of my items while they’re in storage?
Yes, if there are items you need while your home is being restored, we can schedule a technician to retrieve and bring out the specific items you've requested for pickup or delivery.
• What if my items are determined to be non-salvageable?
If certain items cannot be restored, we’ll document them with photos and detailed notes for your insurance claim. We’ll review these findings with you before disposal.
• Do I need to be home during the pack-out process?
While we recommend you’re present at the beginning of the job, it's not required for the entire process. We’ll stay in communication and ensure your preferences are respected.
• Do you offer pack-back services once repairs are done?
Yes. Once your home is ready, we will return and unpack your cleaned contents, placing them back where they belong. We also ensure that every item is returned to its original place—down to the fine details. Your china, glassware, small decorations, and personal display items will be unpacked and reassembled exactly as they were before the loss. We even make the beds, restage décor, and ensure your space is move-in ready—so you can return home without having to lift a finger. This is all guided by the photos and inventory we documented during the pack-out.
