Founders Matt and Taylor experienced a house fire in 2018, which led them to use a content packout service. When they received their belongings back - well cared for and carefully preserved - they were moved to tears. The experience left them feeling deeply grateful and inspired. That moment sparked a calling: they wanted to provide the same care and relief for others, turning it into their life's work.
